HOME BIRTH READINESS CLASS 1 DAY

 

 

This class is unique in that it is designed strickly for those having a home birth. The basics of labor and birth are covered, but much more emphasis is given on preparing for a home birth. In this 1 day class we cover labor variations, the process of labor and birth, how to ready your home and family for home birth. We also explore the importance of reading your birth space, checking your birthing energy and expecting the unexpected.

 

This class is a 4½ hour class. Times and dates for the class can be determined in accordance to your schedule.

 

HOME BIRTH READINESS CLASSES 2 WEEK

 

This class covers all of the things covered in the 1 day class, however more time is given to cover postpartum topics. Both the 1 day class and 2 week classes are private classes taught in your home. These classes are 2½ hours each. Times and dates for the classes can be determined in accorance to your schedule.
