The birthing process, although not quite as easy, is just as innate as breathing. I believe women and babies are inherently equipped with the ability to facilitate this process.

My classes are designed to present women with evidence-based information so they can be active participants in their maternal care.  Additionally, these classes guide women and their partners on how to trust their bodies' ability to birth and educate themselves so that they can have the labor and birth they want.

There are many class structures to choose from. Classes cover topics such as the physiological model of birth, natural labor coping techniques, prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding, prenatal wellness,  basic baby care, and more. 
Class locations do vary, however most of the four week group classes are held at the The Birth Center.
 
I also offer private classes* at your home in either the four week format or the two week format. Any clients who sign up for my Doula Services receives a discount on any structure of childbirth classes.
